Consumer Reports.. in it's 2016 Annual Auto Reliability Survey says that we do not like those dashboard infotainment systems. Before in-car touch screens the dash had knobs, a radio dial and a CD player. Now car makers are putting mini computer monitors in the dash — and CR says we’re confused by them. Even worse, when we’re supposed to be keeping our eyes on the road we’re trying to figure out how to switch from AM to FM or from radio to CD.
