This Saturday night is Valentine's Day and Americans are feeling sweet about romance.... with consumers expected to spend big this year on candy, jewelry and flowers. The average person celebrating the holiday on February 14 expects to spend $142.31 in the name of love, about $8 more than last year.
When Facebook and Instagram went down for a bit last week, some in California panicked and called 911... I've got friends who are 911 operators here in the TN Valley and the strangest call they ever got (that I can talk about on the air) is when someone went to the TN Aquarium... and it was closed.
Robert Bonilla met his fiancée, Meredith, at a Costco store in Santa Maria, California. So it felt natural for the couple to be married in the store, attended by family and friends. Costco allowed the wedding in the frozen food section after closing.
