Another aspect of the ministry is a feeding program created for the displaced Karamojong people-Uganda's poorest citizens. The program feeds lunch to over 1,200 children Monday-Friday and sends them home with a plate of food; it also offers basic medical care, Bible study, and general health training. Neff pushed his almost 1-year-old daughter Holland during the entire 1 hour, 11 minute, 27 second run. A woman named Jennifer Lovdahl posted photos on Facebook claiming to show a six-year-old McDonald’s Happy Meal — and it’s pretty disturbing. Adrianne Haslet-Davis will run to raise money and awareness for Limbs for Life, an organization that provides prostheses to low-income amputees. Haslet-Davis lost her left leg below the knee in the Boston Marathon bombings.
